BALPS

BALPS (Bioavailability, Absorption, Lipophilicity, Permeability and Solubility) is a software used to predict the bioavailability(BAI), oral absorption drugs in humans (FA), lipophilicity (logP), permeability through biological membranes (HBPAB) and aqueous solubility (logS) for a wide range of neutral organic compounds and drugs based on structural and physicochemical similarity. BALPS allows you to calculate all the aforementioned values both for a single compound and for a database containing hundreds thousand of compounds. BALPS may be useful for chemists, biochemists, ecologists, molecular biologists, medicinal chemists and pharmacologists operating with huge databases.
