Constantin N. Vakula was born in 1970, Student of Airphysics and Space Researches Department of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (1987-1993), researcher of Group of Computer-Design Molecular Post Process of ISM RAS (1993-1995), researcher of Laboratory of Computer-Aided Molecular Design of IPAC and member of the Group of Internet of the Department of Computer-Aided Molecular Design (1995-up to now).
